Standing with two full bags of winter coats, including a few coveted Super Puff styles, at her feet, veteran shopper Tiffany Domingo said you don’t have to come early to snag good deals.

“The trick is, you don’t come right when it opens,” she said, noting she waited in line for about an hour before getting in.
