The rally was headlined by Governor Josh Shapiro before the campaign's national 'Fighting for Reproductive Freedom' bus tour departed across Pennsylvania.

Hadley Duvall, who became an advocate after being raped by her stepfather as a child, shared her story in an ad for Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris.

Duvall revealed that she has never slept a full night in her life due to the trauma of her stepfather's abuse, which began when she was five years old and resulted in her pregnancy at the age of twelve.

The ad, featuring a soundtrack by Billie Eilish, highlights the consequences of the fall of Roe v.

Wade, including states with abortion restrictions that have no exceptions for rape or incest.

During the presidential debate on September 10, Donald Trump took credit for appointing three conservative Supreme Court justices and stated that the issue of abortion rights should be left to the states.

He declined to say whether he would veto a national abortion ban if elected again.

Duvall, who first shared her story publicly last fall during the governor's race in Kentucky, continues to campaign for Harris alongside other women sharing their personal stories since the fall of Roe.
