As a result, the divorce will extend into next year.

Despite the waiting period, Gypsy and Ryan are settling some aspects of their divorce, specifically spousal support.

Next, Gypsy and Ryan will need to work out the division of their property.

Although they were married for less than two years, they still have assets to divide, such as contracts for shows and books.

Once the six-month period is over, a divorce hearing could take place within 2-3 weeks, likely around mid-January at the earliest.

This will need to be confirmed with a DNA test, which Gypsy and Ken have no issue doing.
