It is becoming much easier to get a mortgage.
The servicing test rates are finally starting to drop.
Banks are also loosening some of their other criteria.

Whatever happens, Andrew's newsletter will be out on Thursday with all the analysis.
Look out for it – it's called Private Property.

After a lot of frenzied cuts, no bank has changed their advertised rates in the last three weeks.

Interest rates are falling.
The falls are small and slow, but they are happening.

Interest rates fell in March.
All major banks have reduced some of their interest rates since March 1st.
And no banks increased their rates over that period.
